Organizing and Downsizing Planning
Virtual organizing is the process of getting organized through remote work sessions, using video conference, phone, or e-mail. Virtual appointments are a flexible and cost-effective way to work with a professional organizer. They are shorter, versus the three-hour minimum for in-person appointments, and perfect for people who are self-motivated but overwhelmed by where to start and need a boost from an expert with an objective perspective.
What do you need?
- A computer, tablet (iPad), or smartphone.
- Reliable wi-fi service.
- Basic internet and email skills.
- Ability to take digital photos and attach to an email.
- Ability to use video applications such as Facetime, Skype, or Zoom is preferred (we offer a complimentary session to help you learn this technology). If not possible, we can communicate by phone and refer to the digital photos you provide.
- Ability to physically move items or have a helper, friend, or family member on hand to assist.
- Ability to do most of the work on your own, with a little help and guidance.
Daily Money Management & Administrative Services
We provide you with peace of mind by helping you pay your bills on time, balance your checkbook, and manage your paperwork and personal affairs, no matter where you live. We are a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers and adhere to their strict code of ethics.

- Phone and e-mail.
- Basic internet and e-mail skills.
- Ability to retrieve and send physical mail to Consider It Done. We provide you with pre-paid/flat rate envelopes.
